Arise & Shine

Rusty crown a top dilapidated old fashioned wooden fence

“Arise [from spiritual depression to a new life],

shine [be radiant with the glory and brilliance of the Lord];

for your light has come,

And the glory and brilliance of the Lord has risen upon you.”

‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭60:1‬ ‭AMP‬‬

You are not perfect only God is! Your aim is asked for, vital and what counts.

It is written, "Ask and you receive...."

Get covered by God in your shortcomings and receive more than you can ever be on your own through faith and perseverance.

You are nothing without God and everything with Him…. The Lord through you, as you are not your own.

As a believer, you are in a mutual understanding of relationship.

What you don’t have will be given to you as the task requires and by the measures of your faith, and the later is consistently being stretched.

Loyalty and trust regained, strengthened and each generation has to choose for themselves.

Work from the heart and do everything for the Lord and do not forget SelfCare is not selfish and you cannot give anything from an empty cup!

In order to love your neighbor as yourself,

You have to love yourself first respectively,

before you can love your neighbor effectively….

We live in a physical world, that requires physical maintenance on and in our body, in order to be well equipped to fight spiritual battles successfully.

If we don’t, our own physical body has the tendency to cause excess dragging potential, into spiritual battle.

We live in both worlds as active believers with spiritual focus.

This is very contrary for even many believers, so simply consider as any worrier would, going into battle, maintain SelfCare on all fronts!

Be well equipped not only spiritually, but physically and then be in combination also more effective mentally.

Multidimensional beings need multidimensional maintenance options.

We do not live in a lineal world and require the challenge of a more effective “5D+” dimensional movement practice, in order to help us explore the depth of our own being and then communal functioning capabilities in this world.

With a spiritual focus of living in this worldly world,

It's not all about physical world,

we have learned to understand that we do not fight against flesh and blood.

We get to straddle both worlds, let that sink in for a moment….

We can not afford to have the enemy gain an advantage that we in the end allowed by falling victim to worldly thinking and strategies.

Holistic Temple Maintenance is no joke and we should not be tempted to role our eyes by the mere word “holistic” or snuff at this concept, because it is absolutely vital for our spiritual success in this worldly world.

For too long a new-age worldly thinking has attempted to rob and strip us of valuables!

Spiritual focused believers in Christ have in great part been steered to watered down version of wellness and into worldly partaking of lessor and easy maintenance options, with predetermined fail concepts of service in the long run.

Segregated mass directed maintenance options are unlikely to work and deserve our critical viewing of industry pushing for gain and the detecting with that, of potential sabotaging any of our aim.

Complex beings, need sophisticated multidimensional maintenance options and not cookie cutter performance based lures.

Addressing holistic needs goes much deeper and can only work with adequate coordination and time given.

There are no shortcuts of quick fixes to holistic wellness or it’s maintaining ever and no matter how tempting the lure may seem, it’s a scheme at best.

And please, consider one step at a time.

Keep your aim looking upward and forward

with our Heavenly Father, Lord and God.

Imperfect us is never done learning, growing and

improving with multidimensional discipline in mind.

If you’re a perfectionist... easy there, step back slacker!

Imperfect you, it’s not about us accomplishing, but what God can accomplish through us.

Aim with healthy view and involved heart, sibling in Christ.

AIM is all that it takes and “…leave something for God to do, that was His to take care of in the first place.”

Stewardship has its place also here.

Pace yourself, to avoid burnout, frustration, and failure…

Digestion will be more effective!

A little every day is much more recommendable here.

Time spent wisely and with a steady speed, rather then a lot done at one time.

In the end steady continuous improvement and slowly slightly adjusting our normal everyday habits.

Incremental wellness-centered behaviors for the long run of holistic-wholeness.

Set reasonably and achievable goals for each day, so that you are able to mark them off of your mental to due list.

Our brains are wired to finish commitments and the “closing of loops or buttoning up loose ends”.

Leaving “unfinished business” will lead to self guilting and self condemnation, putting unreasonable pressure on ourselves and potentially setting us up for failure.

With that said, do not aim to high and then shoot to low either out of self-overwhelm.

On your newly set wellness journey and throughout our work together;

feel encouraged, supported and inspired, wrapped in the affectionate warmth of personal care, and with the professional integrity you deserve.

Restoration and rejuvenation can be yours and so can be a new found meaning, of your personal experience living in this world.

“Finally, believers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by God’s word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things [center your mind on them, and implant them in your heart]. The things which you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things [in daily life], and the God [who is the source] of peace and well-being will be with you.”

Philippians 4:8-9 AMP

“Therefore I urge you, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies [dedicating all of yourselves, set apart] as a living sacrifice, holy and well-pleasing to God, which is your rational (logical, intelligent) act of worship. And do not be conformed to this world [any longer with its superficial values and customs], but be transformed and progressively changed [as you mature spiritually] by the renewing of your mind [focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His plan and purpose for you].”

Romans 12:1-2 AMP
