Action:
Dice and cook, Potatoes and Rutabaga (Onion and if fresh), together in salted water. Bring to boil, then let simmer for twenty minutes.
(To check if they are done, you can poke them with a fork or sharp knife, if they slide off the utensils, … they are done.)
Drain liquid and start meshing with potato-stumper adding unsalted butter and your milk, to establish a smooth Mashed Potato consistency, … as desired.
Add and mix in Spices and Parsley.
Done ✔️
We like to eat it simply with a German Bratwurst per person or any other preference of meat.
Excellent dish for eating together, with your vegetarian in the family.
