The Virus of Fear?

Could we be much more vulnerable to “The Virus of Fear” than any other virus?

Does constant fear weaken the immune system?

You betcha, it does!

An active Fear Paralysis Reflex can cause havoc to your immune system. It is also associated with other Reflexes than in need of help.

Some widespread sign in todays society and clues you could be “infected”:

  • General chest breathing with little depth

  • Difficulties sleeping or insomnia

  • Irritabilities

  • TMJ

  • Struggling to concentrate

  • General sluggishness and lack of energy

  • Loss of appetite or tendency to overeat

  • Spikes of hyper activity with crash of energy to follow

  • Sensitive to touch and smell

  • Standing or walking with arched lower back, ribs flared open and drooping pronated shoulders

  • …and many other signs and symptoms.

Don’t worry there is hope, keep reading!

Viruses and bacterias have always been part of the human experience and existence. In fact if we become so steril ourselves, our survival rate would start to diminish quickly.

We need good and bad bacterias and viruses in our lives to stay strong.

We have always existed with them and can’t exist without them, they are a fundamental part of our human-being.

The question should not be, “Is there another bad virus or bacteria coming?”

We would do good to ask ourselves, “Are we prepared and having taken adequate preventative measures, when it will happen?”

There is a wide spread weakening and relaxed attitude being adopted throughout the past 2-3 generations. Industry has made our life easier for sure, however the world societies have let their guard down, giving way to a dependence of quick fixes and without or little self efforts.

Will we continue to arrive at the battlefields of life exhausted, inflamed, nutrient-depleted, cognitively weakened and in great part toxic?

Do we honestly really expect then, swiftly to triumph over the challenge of life and with minimal damages?

No soldier goes into battle unprepared and in this lifetime of ours, we can be certain to find small and big challenges. What are you doing to prepare yourself?

Ducking down and closing the eyes in hope it will pass, will not do it, nor will any quick fix. A quick fix is temporarily applied until you can address the underlying root causes.

Malfunctioning of the human body, imbalances and vulnerability are becoming integrated and wide spread excepted misconceptions in todays society.

This counts especially and sadly in countries like America, that can find itself at the bottom end in world health rankings. Why?

Misconceptions are being repeated over and over again. Once stamped with a condition or disease, most simply accept their newly narrowed path of no returns and look towards industries to fix them.

When are we as world societies waking up, taking charge and accepting responsibilities for our own health and wellbeing?

When did being busy’ed become a pacifier for the masses and an excuse for not taking the reins in our own hands? Instead we’re leaving it to various connective industries as directives over personal wellness efforts?

Much of the “World’s Wellness-Knowledge and rich databank”, took generations and generations of discovery and passing it along to the next generations. Many of these resources are free and your ancestors might have been experts in some of these knowledge resources. It took a lot of diligence and time, to preserve these for future generations.

How many of us know how to confidently pickle, identify plants by their leaves, tree-bark, fruit, roots. How many know how to safely find and identify, process themselves and put to good use what we are given so freely.

There is no money needed for many of these natural resources and a lot can be cultivated by the kitchen sink if need to.

We are being robbed if we let this knowledge slip away. And we are allowing the next generations to be robbed of this knowledge, if we don’t wake up and take charge of our own health and wellbeing again.

Addressing the root causes of disease (dis-ease) and preventing such, is vital!
